I’ve started consulting for a few companies, various marketing projects and what-not. Which is super fun, because money.

But on the other side of my life, I’ve started writing a book. Kind of. I’m not so much writing a book, so ¬†much as putting all the things I’ve learned together in one place. Which, I think, is technically the definition of writing a book.

Anyway, this isn’t a novel or a memoir or anything, it’s all the worksheets and various journaling, coloring, and creative therapies I’ve used to cope with being a human. Eg. Stress, sadness, grief, frustration, anxiety, whatever feeling came a-knockin’.

The book will be part loose leaf pages, some will be for journaling, some for coloring, some for drawing, and some will be worksheets that will challenge your thinking and bring some clarity to your state of mind.

The other part will be instructions, prompts, guides, and fun things you can do.

Both parts are held together by a notebook you can decorate, or undecorate. Whatever strikes your fancy.

The goal of the book is to have a place to go, a place you like and enjoy, to work through whatever you’re dealing with that day. In a creative and fun way. If you’ve ever wanted to journal or draw, but didn’t know where to start, this¬†will give you some really great direction and take out the guess-work.
